Scoop! This morning I published an article in The Australian Financial Review to the effect that Victoria’s Department of Human Services had brought in SingTel subsidiary NCS to rejuvenate the troubled $93 million Housing Integrated Information Program.
The project commenced in 1999 but had run aground after UK-based firm Anite failed to deliver on its contract. You can read the full article here.
